Description
Pay a one-time membership fee of $150 and receive 365 days of $8.00 unit neurotoxin (aka Botox and/or xeomin) and $200 off any syringe of filler. For less than $13.00 a month you are free to book up to 5 Botox appointments and purchase 9 syringes of filler for yourself during your year membership. Club members will receive special pricing on National Botox Day and National Juvederm day that will be lower than non-club members pricing.
